About me

You deserve to live a life with purpose, peace and joy! My primary purpose “is to enhance human wellbeing and help meet the basic human needs of all people.” Mental Health treatment is very
stigmatized in our society, but I want to overcome those preconceived notions and evolve. I come from a place of understanding and concern and want the best for my clients. Let’s walk this journey together and discover what you are really seeking in life.

I graduated from the University of Maryland in 2011 with a Masters in Social Work and have been practicing therapy for over 10 years. I have a strong background in addiction medicine and
codependency. I have extensive experience working with individuals from all backgrounds and I am non-judgmental and accepting of all human beings. I bring an eclectic approach of utilizing theory when practicing therapy. Some of the therapeutic modalities that I utilize are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
(CBT), Mindfulness Techniques, Trauma Informed Care, Stages of Change Theory and Motivational Interviewing.
