About me

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with nearly a decade of experience supporting adults navigating mental health challenges, life stressors, and complex personal situations. My work focuses on helping individuals who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or misunderstood—especially those living with serious mental health concerns, high stress, or the emotional impact of difficult life experiences.

I have worked across a variety of settings, including community and integrated care environments, which allows me to bring a grounded, practical approach to therapy. I specialize in assessment, crisis support, emotional regulation, and helping clients build stability during times of transition or distress. I work collaboratively with clients to identify goals, strengthen coping skills, and create realistic, sustainable paths forward.

My therapeutic style is trauma-informed, supportive, and client-centered. I believe in meeting people where they are, providing a non-judgmental space, and balancing compassion with accountability. I value clear communication, trust, and consistency, and I work to ensure therapy feels safe, respectful, and meaningful.

At the core of my practice is the belief that you are more than your diagnosis, past experiences, or current circumstances. Therapy with me is focused on helping you feel heard, supported, and empowered as you move toward healing, clarity, and lasting change.
