Karen is a Godsend to me.
I was in a crisis situation and I was given the tools to step back and separate my emotions to see the situation for what it really is. I feel empowered to make healthy decisions for myself. I still have a way to go but am grateful Karen is there with an open heart, wisdom and practical tools to help me. E counseling does work!

Thank you
