I am licensed in Idaho with 19 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, parenting issues, motivation, self esteem, and confidence, & career difficulties. I believe that all of us possess the resources to be successful and happy and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming challenges that arise. I also know that we all can feel overwhelmed at times and may need some extra emotional support to navigate those challenging times.
I see my role as helping your uncover those hidden resources that are keeping you from achieving what you want in your life. I believe in meeting clients where they are at. I use a blend of different therapeutic tools depending on your needs, including Cognitive Behavioral Theory, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Based Therapy, or just being an empathetic ear.
