Karen was hands down not what I expected from a therapist, and I mean that in the best way. She is so real, down to earth, and not afraid to tell me when the things I'm doing aren't great. No sugarcoating, but also helpful and constructive. I came to her to find better ways to communicate, and she has done just that. You won't be sorry talking to her!
