About me

I am a licensed psychologist with 32 years of professional work experience. I have worked with adults, children and adolescents in a variety of settings and have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, coping with grief and loss, managing chronic pain and chronic health conditions, & depression. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion and will take the time to listen to you intently. I believe in working collaboratively and always will welcome your perspective and feedback. I will tailor our conversations and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs and help you to find the inner resources to live a fulfilling life in the face of challenges you might be experiencing. I have training in EMDR, DBT, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Mindfulness and Hypnosis.
