Karen is truly an exceptional therapist. I have recommended her to multiple people I know. She is thoughtful, caring, a good listener, and honestly everything you need in a therapist. I’ve seen countless therapists and she is far better than all of them. Can’t recommend her enough

Karen is an incredible therapist. She goes beyond just listening to you and working through moments together. Her after-session summaries make you feel so seen and understood because she picks up on things you may not have even realized were important in the moment. I love that our sessions don’t just end when the appointment is over. Her reflections give me things to think about afterward and help me understand myself and my experiences more clearly. I’m extremely grateful to have found her.

Karen Loiselle is an astounding therapist who listens very thoughtfully and responds with a measured and gentle tone that's both understanding and engaging.
My work with her has been extraordinarily beneficial for me in ways I couldn't have even considered.
After feeling stuck for so long, she helping me learn how to unstick myself.
Though I still have much more to learn and there's still plenty of work to do, I place the utmost faith in her ability to help me navigate the depths of myself.

Karen has been so thoughtful and insightful in my therapy journey. She even goes above and beyond and checks on me between our sessions to make sure I am in the right headspace and making the best decisions. I could not recommend her enough!
