I started working with Karen back in May and the sessions have been really helpful. She is listens well and talks things through in a no nonsense, pragmatic way. I was in the depths of despair when we started and now I can see my issues much more clearly, I know whats best for ME and life is much, much better. I would definitely return to her if I needed more counselling.

Karen has been great! I started counseling due to a personal crisis that came out of a large and ambiguous set of concerns that I felt I need to work on . Karen has been very helpful as I try better understand how to move past self-perceptions and behaviours that I feel are making me unhappy in my relationships and less effective in my career. She offers a clear set of strategies and perspectives to work though confusing perceptions and emotions and the inadvertently self-sabotaging behaviours that come out of that. I am making great progress in living more purposefully and acting more effectively with her help.
