I came to counseling because I was going through a turning point in my relationship and life and was having a hard time reconciling how I felt about everything. Dr. Perez helped me focus on myself and gave me that person to talk to when I didn’t have anyone else to tell about what I was feeling. It was nice because I didn’t feel like a burden by always talking about my problems to someone but it didn’t feel as formal and was more accessible than regular counselling so I felt more comfortable to talk.
Dr Perez helped me greatly with my anxiety and self-esteem issues. She helped me find great coping mechanisms and I feel much more secure in myself now. Would highly recommend.
Dr Perez is great to talk to and really insightful early on which is perfect for this type of therapy. Would recommend.
Dr Perez or Karen and I feel I know her as is very cleaver and a good counselor for me. I am enjoying my healing process with her.
