I came to counseling because I was going through a turning point in my relationship and life and was having a hard time reconciling how I felt about everything. Dr. Perez helped me focus on myself and gave me that person to talk to when I didn’t have anyone else to tell about what I was feeling. It was nice because I didn’t feel like a burden by always talking about my problems to someone but it didn’t feel as formal and was more accessible than regular counselling so I felt more comfortable to talk.

Dr Perez helped me greatly with my anxiety and self-esteem issues. She helped me find great coping mechanisms and I feel much more secure in myself now. Would highly recommend.
