In a supportive therapeutic atmosphere, I help clients to build new coping skills and new habits that will help them reach their goals while building the resilience necessary to deal with life challenges.
In session I use the practice of Solution Focused, Mindfulness, Self Compassion, DBT, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help my clients build the inner resources to overcome: reactivity, self-criticism and emotional distress that contribute to emotional patterns such as anxiety and depression.
I work with teens and adults both individually and couples. Specialities include marital, pre-marital, restoration of marriage after crises. Individual specialities include, but not limited to: depression, anxiety, grief recovery and women’s issues.
