It's great that you are looking to talk with someone about the challenges life has thrown you. I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with 10 years of experience. I have sucessfully workedwith client struggling with depression, anxiety, anger management, trauma, relationship struggles and desires for personal growth.
I approach each client individually respecting their unique personality and challenges. My approach involves engaging the client in determining what they would like to change in their life then making goals to achieve that success. We work together to find insight and ways around the obstales. The therapeutic approaches I utlize most often is solution focused, cognitive behavioral and psychodynamic.
