As someone who had her anxiety under control life through me a curveball with a Stage 4B Hodgkin's Lymphoma diagnosis. Karen has been the most patient, empathetic, and helpful therapist I have come across. She not only listens but challenges me on my feelings and reactions to all the uncontrollable things that come up with this controllable disease. Talking through it all has helped give me hope and little goals to work towards after each session. I could not recommend Karen enough to help in your darkest times.
