About me

I am a licensed Clinical Mental Health counselor in Fayetteville, North Carolina and have dual licensing in the states of Florida and South Carolina. I have thirty years of experience in the mental health and addiction fields assisting individuals and families to experience emotional health.
I specialize in marital relationship issues, military family life issues, management of chronic mental health disorders such as severe depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and post-traumatic stress disorder. I also have twelve years’ experience in the treatment of addiction and its impact on loved ones. I am also trained in EMDR technique for PTSD. I am highly capable in providing you with the tools to understand your issues and to reach your life goals.
