About me
I am an art therapist and clinical mental health counselor that has been working with children, teens, adults, and families in a variety of settings over the past 15 years. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, ADHD, family stress, parenting concerns, gender identity, emotional regulation, trauma and loss.
My counseling approach utilizes art therapy, music, writing, psychotherapy and other creative modalities . I also utilize cognitive-behavioral and dialectical behavior skills to help clients learn new coping skills to manage their concerns.
My counseling style is warm, non-judgmental and open minded. I believe in treating all people with respect, compassion and I will work with clients through a strength-based approach to fulfilling counseling goals.
