About me
Positive change is always possible and change itself is inevitable. Therapy can allow for the types of changes you want by freeing yourself from patterns that lead distress, conflict or withdrawal from life. Are you dissatisfied with a life and do not know why? Having the courage to admit that life is not going well is the first step to changing what you need I have more than a quarter century of working with multiple challenges with individuals, couples and families. There are lots of avenues one can explore in therapy to enable any individual, couple or family to get what they need. My approach is client centered with a focus on relationship dynamics. I have training a narrative therapy, social constructionism, motivational interviewing, generational therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy. I employ an eclectic approach tailored to clients needs. Therapy can be an incredible healing experience, a process for looking inward and making meaningful and positive changes. It is also a chance to develop an advanced progress on important goals in your life.
