I’ve only had one session with Karla. Having tried therapy once before and not enjoying the experience, I was apprehensive. The first session with Karla was amazing. I felt heard, while given real time feedback. I thoroughly enjoyed our session, and very thankful I found her. Would highly recommend!

Karla is the first professional therapist I’ve seen and I must say she is great! In meetings, she is genuine, listens and i think she gives good pointers. I’d recommend her to anyone seeking help for tough times and can’t make it to a therapist in person!
