My therapeutic style is warm, engaging and genuinely curious. I strive to create an environment where people feel comfortable letting their hair down while exploring thoughts, emotions and experiences that may be keeping them stuck. I was born to yap, but value the art of listening, asking thoughtful questions and helping people gain clarity, confidence and a renewed sense of direction.
My approach combines Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution Focused Therapy (CPT). Together, we'll identify patterns that no longer serve you, challenge limiting beliefs and develop practical strategies that help you move towards your goals. I believe therapy is about discovering solutions, building confidence and creating a life that feels aligned with who you are and who you want to become. My goal is for every person to leave sessions feeling heard, encouraged and equipped with tools they can use long after our conversations ends.
