About me

You might look like you’re coping on the outside — but internally, it feels overwhelming or exhausting. Maybe your thoughts won’t switch off, or relationships leave you feeling confused or drained. You may feel stuck in patterns of anxiety, overthinking, low mood, depression, the impact of past or traumatic experiences, burn out or repetitive relationship issues, where nothing you try seems to change things for long. Together, with integrative CBT, we can begin to make sense of what’s happening and find a way forward.
I work with individuals who are tired of feeling this way and want more than just a space to talk — they want to understand what’s happening and how to change it. Together, we’ll look at the patterns in your thoughts, emotions, and experiences — and begin to change them.
My approach is collaborative, working together to help you help yourself. I aim to provide a safe space for you to explore, grow, and process previous life events, finding ways to overcome them and learn from them. In the therapy room, you can expect unconditional acceptance and a non-judgmental environment where you can freely express yourself.
