Meeting Dr. Smith made me feel relieved, heard, safe, and hopeful. I have had a handful of therapists in my life and she has given me more to work with, just a perfect fit for my needs. Having her there during my fiance and my hard times has helped us communicate more effectively, and relieved the palpable tension in our lives.

She is amazing. She is so patient and compassionate. I have been on such a roller coaster with things happening and my emotions all over the place. She brings such a sense of calm. Just knowing I have an appointment with her is helpful. She is smart and offers solutions. She is also very insightful, I don’t have to over explain as she gets it.

I've been looking for a therapist like Dr. Smith for years. She truly listens. She takes notes & remembers details from previous sessions. I love this & her attention to detail. I feel like she actually cares about my well-being & she's helped me gain confidence in myself over the almost year we've been in sessions together. She's such a warm, thoughtful, soul. I cannot recommend her enough.
