I have worked with patients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, OCD and ADHD. I have helped many people who have endured neglect, physical and/or sexual trauma and emotional abuse.

My approach combines person-centered, cognitive-behavioral, narrative, psychodynamic, solution-focused and rational-emotive counseling.
