I've been looking for a therapist like Dr. Smith for years. She truly listens. She takes notes & remembers details from previous sessions. I love this & her attention to detail. I feel like she actually cares about my well-being & she's helped me gain confidence in myself over the almost year we've been in sessions together. She's such a warm, thoughtful, soul. I cannot recommend her enough.

Dr. Karen is very kind and a great listener. She has given me a lot of good ideas on setting realistic goals and she is encouraging. I felt comfortable with her right away. I have put off getting help for years because of the long process to start and this could not have been easier. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Dr. Karen she is a true professional.

I like that I don’t have to feel guilty for sending a message whenever I feel the need to get something off my chest. Having one less thing to feel guilty about is HUGE!

It all came easy with Dr. Smith. She listened well, supported often, and asked the right questions to help guide me to a better understanding of my emotional health, trauma, and regulation.
