She is someone who takes time to truly listen and try and understand what someone is going through. She asks questions, she wanted your thoughts and your perspective. She doesn’t push more does she try to influence thoughts/beliefs onto you. I have been so much growth within my mindset. She has brought out a more confident and positive mindset out of me. Although I am not perfect she keeps things honest and real. While also helping you reflect on things you bring to her.

Katasha is a great listener and really provides great feedback based on your situation. She not only has great advice but also provides meaning through scriptures which is very helpful.

Katasha has a way of uncovering your true needs for therapy without an aggressive approach. I highly recommend for a therapist and motivational coach.

Katasha is great. She responds when needed and always has more than one way to help. My biggest kudos is that she actually taught me about myself and I'm 45. Definitely good people 🤙🏼
