From the very first session I was grateful to have been matched with Kate. She is incredibly easy to talk to, and offers a listening ear and insightful thoughts/discussions. I was a bit apprehensive about taking the leap into therapy, but Kate made me immediately relax and feel comfortable talking through anything and everything!

Kate speaks to me as a human being. No coercion. Gentle calming voice which I like because I am a very emotional person.

Kate is a very kind woman who makes me feel heard and validated. She is very supportive and helps me make sense of all the stuff that's happened to me (a LOT) which is still taking space up in my head. I tend to ramble a lot because of my ADHD and my head being even more full due to all the unprocessed trauma, but she never rudely cuts me off like I've had happen in the past. She just reminds me of the time and says we can continue talking about it next week. So in my opinion she's great and I highly recommend her.
