Kate is a very kind woman who makes me feel heard and validated. She is very supportive and helps me make sense of all the stuff that's happened to me (a LOT) which is still taking space up in my head. I tend to ramble a lot because of my ADHD and my head being even more full due to all the unprocessed trauma, but she never rudely cuts me off like I've had happen in the past. She just reminds me of the time and says we can continue talking about it next week. So in my opinion she's great and I highly recommend her.

Talking to Kate feels much like talking to a (very wise) friend. I look forward to our chats and I really recommend her as a therapist.
