Kate has been a wonder. I started seeing her to work thru some family related issues and little did I know my mental health was in for world War 3. In the 10 months I've worked with Kate, I've lost my mother and moved my grandmother into memory care. Kate has been a great sounding board and guiding hand as I figure out my way through my new reality.

Kate allows me space to talk and lets me drive the change I need when I’m ready. She listens and asks questions to find the source of my anxieties and worries. She is my closest confidante and is professional. She creates space that is completely safe for me to open up without fear of rejection or judgment. She allows me to be me and in her guidance I have been able to flourish and grow.
