I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 13 years of experience in the field. My primary focus is working with adults with depression, anxiety, addiction, stress, relationships, and life transitions. My approach is solution focused and client centered and I use an eclectic variety of techniques including cognitive-behavioral and dialectical-behavioral strategies. My goal is to lean into your strengths and help you develop coping skills so that you can navigate your life in a healthy way. I have a bachelors degree in Social Work from the University of Wisconsin - Oshkosh and a masters degree in Social Work from the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee.
