My working style is solution focused and compassionate. I avoid stigmatizing labels and language that focuses on deficits and instead take a the whole person/symptom approach to therapy. I believe it is important to understand triggers to symptoms and behaviors. At the same time we will explore strengths you may not even realize you have and use this information to develop actionable steps to make the changes that shift your interaction with yourself and in your personal and professional relationships
