We have only had a few sessions but Katie takes notes and remembers many things from prior sessions, she challenges me to see things deeper than surface level and doesn’t have a problem listening to me ramble. She doesn’t cut me off, and she tries to find ways to look at things from different angles.
She is a great listener, and makes you feel like she’s really invested in figuring out ways to address the issues you have at a deeper rooted level, and work our way up. I’ve had a lot of different therapists in my life and she is the best kind; because she really listens.

Katherine is very knowledgeable and has a positive outlook on situations and topics I have a hard time working past on my own. I’ve never been a part of therapy before and feel comfortable taking with her. I highly recommend!
