I love that Dr. McGrady is very results focused. From the outset we discussed my goals and she immediately started helping me make a plan to get where I wanted to be. Even as my goals and plans changed, she was very flexible and adaptive and remained supportive.

Dr. McGrady is wonderful. Always there with good, consistent advice. A great bubbly personality and always very engaged in our conversations during our sessions and responsive outside of our meeting times.

I'm pretty pleased with the interactions and conversations I have had so far with Dr. Kat. I feel like she listens, even though this mode of therapy can sometimes make understanding context and tone a bit difficult. She's doing a great job!

Dr. Mcgrady has been an amazing positive in my life. I was very unsure what to think about attending therapy myself, but I’m extremely thankful she was the counselor I was paired with. Very prompt to all our meetings, has instructive and helpful input, and has been very willing to adjust her schedule to help my needs. Can’t recommend enough!
