I am a licensed clinical social worker in Minnesota with experience providing brief intervention therapy from a framework that understands people exist within systems - family systems, social systems, health and justice systems, etc. I partner with individuals to create an open and safe environment where first draft thoughts and feelings can be explored, and change can be considered, attempted, and in some cases reconsidered over time.
