Reviews

These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Kathleen (Kathy) Douglas. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.

I've only been with Kathy for a couple of weeks, but she was welcoming from the very start. She's a great listener. She reads my notes and journal entries attentively, and provides resources for me to use outside sessions. She feels like a really genuine person who cares about what she does, and I feel heard for the first time in a long time.

Kathy has been so supportive. She has helped me process the most difficult moments in my life and asked questions I would never even thought or ask myself. I am very happy she is my therapist and confident with her expertise. I highly recommend working with her.
