About me

We all have our own answers inside. Sometimes we just need some help getting there. You have demonstrated a willingness to grow, and by being here, you are motivated to end your suffering. You can.

My husband died suddenly when I was 35, so I understand devastating loss and know how to navigate the grieving process. I consequently had to overcome addiction, so likewise, I understand how difficult it can be move beyond that. I have a tremendous amount of experience with Bipolar Depression and a personal understanding of the challenges it presents. With age comes experience, and mine has taught me how to move far beyond listening, and truly hear. Over my decade of experience, It has been my deep pleasure to watch people learn about, and become aware of their true selves. With this comes a release from pain and a sense of purpose and well-being.

If you are willing to work a bit, and risk a bit, you are ready to engage in the therapeutic process. It is a life changing experience, and I am looking forward to helping you find your way.
