As a licensed therapist in New Jersey, I bring 25 years of dedicated experience supporting individuals through life's complex challenges. Kathy has and continues to help me very much, I’m still new to therapy but she keeps me engaged so I don’t stop making appointments. It’s really hard to start this and stick with it but I’m lucky to be working with her
