I’ve been working with Kate for over 16 months - I cannot begin to express how fortunate I have been to have had her guide me through one of the most significant and traumatic experiences of my life (marriage separation/coparenting transition) Kate is so attentive, an active listener, non-judgemental in her approach and overwhelmingly kind and optimistic while still being able to remain sincere and grounded. There has been excellent continuity to her care and sessions, whether it be follow up during sessions or by messages, I felt like we could pick right back up where we left off. I could not have imagined making this much progress over the last year and I genuinely feel that her care has been instrumental to my healing. Thanks Kate for all that you do for your clients

I have only been working/ chatting with Kathleen for a few weeks now but even I can see the incredible change I feel already. I definitely wasn’t expecting such an impact from our sessions but has also benefitted me outside therapy.
I feel like I could tell her anything without any judgement or fear of consequences.
She is a light-hearted soul, grounded to the earth and I 100% believe she is not only a amazing therapist but a great friend.
Kathleen has taken a massive weight of my shoulders, I feel myself getting better and more importantly wanting to get better without pressure or control of thoughts.
I was uneasy about starting therapy however these past few weeks has made it one of the greatest decisions of my life. Highly recommend, easy to get into contact with, easy to set sessions up with, ease to smile with.
No amount of thank yous will suffice the gift you’ve given me and your magical power restore the fire I lost within.
Thank you for everything Kathleen!

Kathleen is amazing. She sits and listens, really listens even when I feel like I’m rambling. I like that she doesn’t judge, and is very open minded.
