Been using Kathryn for a few months and she’s been a huge help for myself and my relationship with my wife. She’s down to earth and easy to talk to. Could not ask for a better person to talk me through and help me out with life’s challenges. Highly recommend.

She's been fabulous. I didn't mean to mark that she doesn't respond in a timely manner and it wouldn't let me go back so please strike that part. I've really enjoyed our time together. Thanks for everything ❤️❤️

Working with Kathryn has been tremendously helpful over the last few months. She has done so much to help me work through key issues that have helped saved my marriage and find stability in relation to my mental health. I have seen significant progress in my life that was desperately needed. I am dealing with depression and anxiety much better. I've learned so much about how to combat negative thought cycles and set healthy boundaries. Therapy works and is absolutely worth it. I am so much better for it.
