Kathryn Bagley, LCSW
About me
When you are dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, mood dysregulation, or significant life changes, you are most likely looking for support and safety. You want to feel heard, valued, accepted for your challenges and struggles, and empowered to be your best self. If your goals are to establish healthy coping skills, build positive support networks, and to create sustainable change, you're in the right place!
My name is Kathryn, and I am a licensed clinical social worker in Connecticut with almost 10 years of experience in the field. By being a welcoming, non-judgemental, and trauma-informed clinician, I am able to offer a wide array of tools and modalities to assist individuals by meeting them where they are at. I have trained experience in CBT, mindfulness, DBT, substance use, trauma-informed care, gender-affirming care, and more.
Beginning your therapy journey takes courage, bravery, and vulnerability, so I’d like to say thank you for being here. Whether you’re carrying depression, anxiety, trauma, or big life changes, I’m here to help you lighten the load. This is your space to heal, process, express yourself, and create change. Welcome!
