Dr. Kathryn Cornella is a skilled and compassionate therapist. I began working with her during a period of grief and depression while being a caregiver for an aging parent. During an overwhelming time, she helped me to find joy in my life again. Shortly after doing sessions with her, I started to grow in my confidence. She helped me understand how to prioritize my self-care between sessions, which improved my quality of life. She is kind, and her passion for helping others shows. Her approach is gentle and intuitive. After just a few sessions, I felt like I was looking forward to life again.

Absolutely amazing woman! Very excited and grateful to be able to work with her. I've been in and out of therapy my entire life and she is truly the best that I've had the pleasure to bare my soul to. Each time you meet, you'll feel like the those struggles you've been having may not actually be so big and intimidating. Very upbeat and connects through knowledge and personal experience. She's not talking from a text book, but definitely knows what she is talking about. If you are fortunate enough to be able to book her, quit reading this and go do it!!! I promise you won't be disappointed. I'm blessed to have her.
