About Me

I have worked in mental health since 2004. I have been employed in a variety of settings and worked with individuals struggling with addiction, chronic mental health issues, depression, anxiety, self-esteem, postpartum depression and anxiety. I work from a behavior context, largely utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and other behavioral techniques.
I completed my Bachelor's degree in Psychology in 2004 from Quincy University, my Master's degree in Education in Counseling in 2007 from Quincy University, a Graduate Certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis from Penn State in 2013, and will confer my Master's degree in Sociology from Arizona State University in Fall of 2021.

Katie is a phenomenon and it seems like we were meant to be together! I’m working through a lot of crisis in my life and she is really helping me get through a time that is probably my toughest. Thanks for everything you do I would not want to ride this journey without her!

She was amazing so helpful and made me feel so much better this is my first session I would recommend anyone to her it’s takes a lot to seek help but she was so wonderful and stayed on chat with me over a long period of time I would recommend everyone to her and good luck everyone
