Excellent and engaged listener, really felt heard and understood.

Kathryn is kind and compassionate. Speaking with her feels supportive and very nonjudgmental, like confiding in a friend (in the most professional way possible). I highly recommend her, especially if you need affirmation and support in areas of complex trauma, LGBT+ concerns, or if you just are feeling isolated and alone. I myself am training to be a therapist, and it's great to speak with a pair whose methods I can really relate to and respect. I hope that Kathryn and mental health professionals continue to be supported and valued at Betterhelp.
