About me
When life's challenges threaten to overwhelm you, I seek to help you restore balance and harmony in your life. I approach therapy with the fundamental belief that we all have a unique life path which brings us the most joy and fulfillment. Together, we will develop treatment goals that help you live in alignment with your deepest values. Along the way we will uncover what blocks you from achieving your goals and living with vitality and joy.
I specialize in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy which utilizes mindfulness techniques along with psychodrama to help you reach creative solutions to your challenges. I also specialize in anxiety disorders, depression, self-esteem, spirituality and eating disorders. I treat couples using the Gottman approach.
