About me

I am licensed in the UK with 4 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, anger management, motivation, self esteem, and confidence, & depression. I also specialise in obsessive compulsive disorder. I offer a client centred approach and am also qualified in Cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT).

I love to uplift and encourage my clients and to help empower them and to coach them though the difficult times.

My compassion for my clients is what underpins my work and I work in a relaxed and creative way with a safe space for you to be really heard. We can work through things together, it may be difficult in the beginning and tough at times but I will be sat along side you helping you all the way.

Counselling doesn’t have to be something we go to for when we reach crisis point, it is available to you at any stage of your life.

Some people attend counselling to keep their mental health in check, some attend to work on specific goals and some would like their therapist to be a soundboard for them to bounce off. It can be the ultimate self-care and you can bring in anything which you may be struggling with and met with compassion and non-judgement.
