I am licensed in Missouri with 7 years of professional work experience. Most of my experience has been in helping clients with stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, anger management, motivation, self esteem, and confidence. I believe that you are the expert of your story and you have many strengths and qualities which will play a key role in helping you overcome challenges. Engaging in this self work takes courage and commitment. It can be scary at times but it is so important and I will be with you along the way.
