Kate has been wonderful. My first experience of therapy and I didn't know what to expect or how it would work. From our first session Kate has been incredible and I can feel the difference it's making to everyday life and how I feel and able to deal with the challenges I'm facing. She encourages me but never pushes. The sessions are one of the highlights of my week, I didn't realise how important they would become. I always thought I didn't need therapy because I had friends but it really is so different, should have started years ago,
Everyone should have a Kate to talk to!
Thank you

Really personable and easy to talk to. I feel validated and challenged and I am glad I was matched with her.
