Kathryn has been an absolute gem. She listens without coddling me but still gives me the support I need. As well as she guides me in find solutions or coping mechanisms I can use to help me with my issues and overcome some of anxiety.

Talking to Kathryn has done so much good to me. She always finds a way to detect what the underlying problem might be and helps you find the right balance to approach things with a healthy attitude. Thank you!!

Katie is a wonderful person, and has helped me a lot in just this short amount of time I've been talking with her. She does not rush me, she understands what I'm writing when I have a hard time explaining, and she has given me great advice I didn't think would help but does.
