About me

Hello! My name is Kate Fischer, a Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner in Nebraska. I first worked in private practice for 10 years, all-the-while volunteering my time at a local homeless shelter. I worked in Individual and Family therapy. I then worked full time for 11+ years with the homeless. I enjoy working with the homeless, abused/domestic violence, addictions, trauma issues, depression and anxieties.
I received my Master’s degree in Clinical Counseling at Grace University, Omaha, NE. I mostly use the Cognitive/Behavioral approach in treatment and I believe I can help put Hope back in my client’s lives.
Contact me and we can work together addressing past conflicts, putting a smile on your face and seeing Hope in your future.
