I've been working with Kathy for almost a year now. What I love is we have the same background (both being Latina women) so things I share i feel like she understands and I dont have to explain. Really happy her and I were connected.

I have gone to therapy for many years and right before I saw Kathy, I used to see a therapist in my area. He got covid and was very sick for a long time so I began with Betterhelp because I was really having a rough time at the beginning of the pandemic. I thought I would see Kathy for a few weeks and then go back to my regular therapist. It turned out that I really preferred her style of therapy and stuck with her. Then Kathy went on maternity leave and I began to see another Betterhelp counselor. I thought I would stay with the new therapist but as soon as Kathy came back, I switched back to her.
I really enjoy her style of therapy. She listens so well and asks me questions that really make me think. She also offers helpful suggestions when I'm feeling overwhelmed. She has helped me get through some really hard times and I appreciate her so much. I would 100% recommend her!
