Kate is amazing, she took the time to understand my thought processes and my issues and we worked together to really improve my quality of life. I'm so glad I could meet her. Her experience and way with words was very useful to me and I appreciate how she challenged me to make change in my life for the better.

I have been receiving concilling from Kathy for almost 2 months now. Kathy is by far the best councillor/therapist I have had the pleasure of working with.

From the outset she remembered small details which she would encourage me to talk about. She has offered me multiple avenues of research which have allowed me to develop a deeper understanding of myself. I have always felt at ease around her as she will happily share anicdotes from her own experience as well. All contributing to me having seen a positive shift in my well-being.

I hope to continue to work with her even when I don’t feel the need for therapy as she is a very grounded voice of reason. Couldn’t recommend any more highly

I had 7 sessions with Kathy. She was attentive, resourceful, and helpful. She introduced me to meditation, which has been doing wonders for my overactive mind. I have gotten the answers I needed from her and I strongly recommend her as a therapist.
