Kathy is so great! She’s understanding, listens so well, and really get to know you. I find this helpful because she can then give you realistic suggestions on how to modify or adjust during whatever you may be going through.

I think Kathy is a very kind, knowledgeable practitioner who has a deep understanding of what drives adverse behavior.

Kathy seems to know the right questions to ask to either inadvertently bring up a memory or to help me figure out why I'm feeling a certain way. She let's me just talk when I need to and helps talk me through other situations I am not comfortable or familiar with. I look forward to our conversations every week and she gives me a peace of mind that "okay, I can do this!" when we get off the phone. I am incredibly thankful for her.

The ease of access to therapists like Kathy is what gave me the courage to finally sign up for this. It's really helped me get through a frustrating emotional time just by helping me uncross all of the wires in my head. Very thankful for this.

Counseling with Kathy was a blessing! I wouldn’t have wanted to be paired with a more kind hearted person as her. She is a great help and reassured me as a first time mom.

Kathy is a great therapist/counselor. I was worried she wouldn’t understand stand my issues at first. Amazingly she very much did and offers supportive guidance.
