About me

My name is Katie Graff. I am a therapist based in Austin, Texas. I have had a private practice for the last six years and have been working in the mental health field for 14 years. I provide individual and couple's therapy to adults and adolescents.

I believe many of us already possess the knowledge, strengths, and resources to resolve our own problems; however, a trained and supportive professional can help identify tools and strengths as well as assist with improving coping skills.

My role is to provide gentle guidance, support, and encouragement to clients that are struggling or are facing challenges. I work to create a nurturing and safe environment that creates a comfortable place where we can explore issues and any negativity that may be getting in the way of leading a more meaningful and fulfilling life.

Katie is amazing. I rejected therapy for many reasons including past terrible therapists. Katie has changed my view on therapy. I’ve never felt more at ease talking to a professional and it has honestly been life changing in so many ways.

She was so so patient with me and helped me talk through all my thoughts that confused me and validated my feelings and uncertainty over my situations. I appreciate her more than anything and would highly recommend her others.
