About me

I am a mental health therapist licensed in Oklahoma with over 21 years of experience working as a mental health professional counselor providing therapy. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, OCD and ADHD. I also helped many people who have experienced issues with physical trauma, emotional abuse stress management and behavioral modification.

I believe the therapeutic process is about the Participant. Therefore, my approach is Client-Centered, Evidenced-based warm and interactive. You deserve to be treated with respect, compassion and professionalism in order to accomplish your therapeutic goals. I don't believe in stigmatization and labeling anyone. My approach combines Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) , Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma Therapy. I will individualize your treatment plan to meet your specific needs in order to reach your identified therapeutic goals.
