I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Washington state. I earned my Master of Arts in Counseling from Regis University in Denver Colorado. Since entering the behavioral health field in 2014, I have worked with a wide array of individuals in community mental health, private practice, and government. I have a wide range of experience with mental health diagnosis and treatment including but not limited to Depression, PTSD, Anxiety, Bipolar, Schizophrenia, Borderline Personality, Imposture Syndromes, and many more. I believe everyone can benefit from therapy and am here to help individuals feel whole, confident, and at peace with themselves.
I worked with clients using an eclectic therapeutic framework. I started my career as a Cognitive Behavioral therapist but have learned that one size doesn’t fit all. Using an eclectic approach allows me to tailor each session to you and your needs. Engaging in therapy is different for everyone, there is no one way to accomplish goals. I see myself as an advocate here to support you. I believe in holding individuals’ experiences, progress and struggles with the utmost respect. Your experiences matter and are important to who you are.
I approach all situations with a sense of curiosity rather than judgement. It would be a privilege to work with you as you pursue your goals.
