About me
Sometimes you just feel worn down. Maybe you’re carrying anxiety, stuck in patterns you can’t seem to break, struggling with addiction, or feeling disconnected from the person you want to be. You might look like you’re holding it together on the outside, but inside it feels heavy.
If that’s you, I want to understand your story.
I’m not here to judge you or “fix” you. I’m here to listen, help you make sense of what’s going on beneath the surface, and create a space where you can be honest about what you’re thinking and feeling. My style is down-to-earth and collaborative. I draw from cognitive-behavioral strategies, solution-focused approaches, and principles from 12-step recovery. We’ll also work on healthy boundary-setting, affirming your sense of self, and exploring practical ways to feel more empowered and in control of your life.
Therapy with me is about helping you reconnect with who you are, what matters to you, and how you want to move forward — not who you think you’re supposed to be.
